We have owned a few acura througout the years and when we were looking for an upgrade, Acura was our first stop. While we ended up going with another auto maker solely on price and value I will say that Acura has always treated me well. My biggest value of Acura is knowing that if I needed repairs for anything that I would be taken care of. This dealership was awesome and treated us well. We all enjoyed the experience.
Michael Nguyen was a great salesman very nice and approachable from the time I walked in. I haven’t had the best experience with cars in the past and was almost positive I was pressing my luck coming here. He reassured me that they could work with me which they did. I appreciate the ends Michael went through to help me get financed!
I'm a fair person so if I ever have a concern I will always speak with management. I recently found that this location is under new management and due to alot of the changes, there was some miscommunication during my recent call. When I pulled up for service....to much of my surprise, the manager of service (Josh)came and spoke with me and even apologized for the miscommunication. Just the fact that he took the time to come out and have a conversation with me on a business Saturday morning is a client experience I do not take for granted. Above anything else I really enjoy customer service and it's my main priority. I will always pay more for my customer experience and Hiley Acura has shown that they care about their clients. Thank you for everything Josh. I have been coming here for over 2 years since I purchased my car with the previous management and I will continue to come for my routine services with Hiley Acura.
Working with Jim in sales have been an extremely pleasure. This was the 4th dealership I was trying to buy from while out of state (I live near Chicago.) Jim was very direct but friendly on the phone and was willing to work with me mostly via text and email to get this deal done. New service manager Josh went above and beyond during my visit. Minimal wait for quality work. Even changed out my low keyfob battery without having to ask. Only complaint is the price of food and beverage. There is no reason to up-charge when they're making money off service and sales of luxury vehicles.
They made sure I understood all the things about my lease option verse the last lease agreement
